The process involves injecting high density polyurethane foam, made with up to 50% recycled materials, under the concrete through a 5/8” hole. The expanding foam will fill any voids while gently lifting and stabilizing the concrete slab, without the use of heavy equipment or damage to the adjacent landscapes. This process is ideal for sidewalks, driveways, porches, patios and pool decks. Also, the concrete is ready for use in hours, not days.

Polyurethane foam is a light weight, closed-cell foam that consists of two parts, referred to as “Part A” and “Part B.”
Part A is a petroleum-based isocyanate. Part B contains polyol resin, a surfactant, a blowing agent and a catalyst that causes the two liquid compounds to turn into expanding foam when they are mixed at the application nozzle.
