The process involves injecting high density polyurethane foam, made with up to 50% recycled materials, under the concrete through a 5/8” hole. The expanding foam will fill any voids while gently lifting and stabilizing the concrete slab, without the use of heavy equipment or damage to the adjacent landscapes. This process is ideal for sidewalks, driveways, porches, patios and pool decks. Also, the concrete is ready for use in hours, not days.

This column had settled over 2-1/2” due to the footing being placed on uncompacted fill. We utilized the deep foam injection process to compact and support the fill beneath the column to a depth of over 6’. Once the soils had compacted, the foam was able to lift the footing and column back to it’s original position.
